The site of the in the late 19th century Garnier-designed workshops for the opera will make room for several new theater and production facilities for the Odéon, the Comedie Française and the Conservatory for Theater (the theater school).

The Space Factory assists the client-side project management and users with the optimization of the program and the review and development of the design. In France, this mission is known as AMO: Assistance Maîtrice d’Ouvrage.
